Email Notification

Email Notifications let you automatically message buyers as their order progresses, without any manual sending.

How it works

Notifications are triggered by an order's status. Each order status can have its own email tied to it — for example:

• A new order reaches Ready for Shipping → send a "Thank you for your purchase" email
• An order is marked Shipped → send a "Your shipment is on its way" email

In principle, any order status can be configured to trigger its own email, so the buyer is automatically kept informed at each stage of the order without anyone needing to send a message by hand.
